Kara Marsh
Compliance Manager
Kara Marsh joined Private Capital Management in 2022 and serves as the Compliance Manager. She is a member of Independent Financials' Diversity Council and sits on the PCM Risk Oversight Committee.
Kara has a Master of Law degree in Ethics and Compliance from the University of Colorado Boulder and her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
Kara’s professional background is in non-profit, where she primarily worked with survivors of trauma and abuse. She has a passion for helping others and strengthening communities.
Kara enjoys spending her free time volunteering, tending to her plants, and drinking coffee. She loves trying new vegetarian dishes in Denver and traveling around the world.
