Melissa “Mely” Smith

Mely Smith has over 26 years of experience in the financial and banking industry. 

Her current responsibilities are to support front office efforts, lead administrative projects, and assist in various areas of daily operations. 

Mely has served in many roles throughout her professional career, and most recently as a Data Steward in Data Governance, and as a Service Desk Manager in the Information Technology department. She brings strong business management skills, technology expertise, and excellent customer service to PCM. 

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending social events, traveling the world, and shopping.
