Parker is an Advisor, and a member of the Investment Committee with Private Capital Management. His primary role includes working with clients, and conducting investment research and analysis.
A native of Denver, Parker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Parker passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination which covers laws, regulations, ethics and topics such as retirement planning, portfolio management strategies and fiduciary responsibilities, and he is an Investment Adviser Representative. He is also a 2016 Level I Candidate in the CFA® Program.
